Karthi turns down Anurag Kashyap?

The popular opinion in the industry is that actors from the south are always waiting for a golden opportunity to venture into B-Town. But now we know that it is not true in all cases.Karthi has recently confessed that he turned down a few films offered to him by Anurag Kashyap.

He says "I've known Anurag Kashyap since the time I worked in Mani Ratnam's direction team. Anurag even offered me a couple of Hindi movies, but I was not inclined to do them, since I don't know the language (Hindi) or the culture. I'm not eager to get into Bollywood at this point. I'm comfortable working in the south."
